this dress has a shirtwaist top with buttons and long cuffed sleeves. the skirt portion is like my funky skirt where there are ties under the skirt to tie up and get that funky special look. it has big pockets and the fabric is 100 percent washed soft cotton. . May be machine washed and hung to dry. Great for travel!
