the top of this dress is cut on the bias so it will stretch or drape depending how much room you need. the skirt portion is like my funky skirt where there are ties under the skirt to tie up and get that funky special look. it has big pockets and the fabric is 100 percent washed soft cotton. . May be machine washed and hung to dry. Great for travel!
