Tulle layered skirt in black
This is the classic layered skirt I have been making for some time. The fabric is nylon mesh or tulle. It’s soft not scratchy. It is partially lined with viscose modal so you don’t need to worry about what to wear under. It has an elastic waist and it fits a size 4 to a size 10 easily. However if you are a size four and under five feet 3 then it may be big. If you are tiny but tall it won’t be a problem.
