Blue tulip picnic dress with pockets
This dress is so adorable! It’s made from a hand block printed cotton poplin.It is washable. The hemline has ties underneath that allow you to shorten or lengthen the dress and create different looks. It has 2 pockets in the front and can be worn loose or belted.
