Washed dupioni silk plaid housedress style
A note about this fabric:
This is 100% silk dupioni. It has been washed and slightly crinkled. It is extremely lightweight and reminds me of tissue paper except that it’s very strong and durable. This dress style is inspired by vintage housedress silhouettes. Something you can just throw on to run out to the farmers market or do errands. Put it on as a cover up for the beach or stay cool on a hot summer night. It has a button down front that extends halfway down the front of the dress. It has a dropped waist so it’s not meant to be form fitting. The skirt is full and cut on the bias so it’s easy to fit.
