This dress is not meant to be fitted. It has a drop waist with pockets in the front. The fabric is super lightweight cotton voile that has been hand block printed. There are ties under the skirt to change the look if you want. The small will fit a size 6 to 10 but you should be at least 5"4 tall

Oh my gosh I love my dress!!!! So well made, all the seams are finished. The ties inside the flounced skirt are so ingenious to change up the look of the flounces and hem line. Wearing it now and I couldn’t be happier with my new dress. It’s light and airy which is perfect for upcoming summer temperatures in the desert southwest. A million thank you’s Lisa!!!
